This little bar of mine, a place I’ve been visiting on and off over the years, sometimes more off, sometimes more on. I people watch, take photos, conduct business, sit in silence, lose myself, and find myself. • I’ve had an Irish mom bring me Easter dinner, got financial advice from a guy with a back story, had a schizophrenic guy give me one of his favorite rocks he’s collected. • This room shoved in between a vfw and a hair salon, where the cushions get stolen from the stools so the old folks can sit comfy as they play poker on poker night. • I’ve drank with pilots, criminals, ex missionaries, people that I’ll never speak to again, and I’ve had the honor of sharing a drink and a laugh with each of them along their journey of life. • It’s not for everyone, to each their own, but I like this little place. • You’ll find me here with my camera, people watching, laughing too loud, poorly playing pool, embracing whatever it is that this is. • With the hippies and the cowboys.

I try not to post myself on here too often, but the other morning at the gym I was in the mood to make something. • The gym is my favorite place for photos, it’s hard work and self improvement, pushing boundaries while staying in the moment. • A reminder that if you listen and trust in your photographer they will deliver. • For those of you that don’t know, my whole photography career began with me taking photos of myself, when I began to see myself as someone with beauty and began to learn to love my body it changed the game. • You might not see it, so let me show you that beauty and strength I see, cause it’s not a bs Disney moral of the story thing, your story is worth sharing.
